Ovoid bowl; merse at the base, above a waisted stem; disk foot; rough pontil mark on the underside. The bowl and feet are diamond-point engraved; signed "A.J. Munnings" and "Alfred Munnings". Shows a man on horse; inscribed on the bowl "KING GEORGE V / on Jock at Sandringham from my 40 x 36 painting" and inscribed on the underfoot "This glass is from the Swan Hotel Harleston Norfolk / Alfred Munnings"
