Kristy studied at Tulane University and Texas A&M University where she recived a BA in International Studies. She is now a Professional USPA polo player rated 2 Goals, Member of the Board of Directors, Houston Polo Club and Owner/manager of private polo facility in Fulshear, TX where her family breeds and trains top Quarter Horses for cutting , rodeo, and polo. Her polo honors include two time US Women’s Open Champion for Goose Creek Polo Team, played in the Finals of the US Open for Orchard Hill Polo Team, USPA Most Outstanding Woman Intercollegiate Polo Player 1995, Captain Texas A&M Women’s National Champion Team 1994 & 1995, and USPA Intercollegiate Polo Team to England 1994 & Africa 1995. She has played in England, Africa, Argentina, Canada, and Mexico. She is married to Mike Outhier, Professional Rodeo Champion Bronc Rider. The pair has two children Madison, age 11, Texas Youth Rodeo Association Champion, Jr Polo player; and Ace, age 6, an avid fisherman.
